Then you simply get the signed offer back to us with pictures, and you earn 50% of the net spread on every single deal you do with Atlas! Just to clarify, commissions are paid on execution of the rent to own contract, NOT when the tenant is eventually financed! We provide absolutely everything for you, including an extensive video training library containing easy to follow videos on exactly how to work with Atlas! Not only that,  we provide you with tons of educational videos on selling, real estate, mortgage financing, network marketing, online marketing, etc. You will also have the full support of our amazing home office marketing and service departments, who perform 90% of the work on every deal, leaving you to produce more and more deals!
